• Will all of these programmers speak English should we want to discuss items with them?

  All developers have good communication skills in English.

• How will the project management work, would we work with them to spec out each new feature, or is this something we would work with you on?

  Our Admin team will manage all the projects from the local office in Nepal. All project bugs (including new features) have been assigned through some Project management tools such as Meistertask. The client can be directly assigned any task or features as required.
  
  If new features and functionalities have to be added in the mainstream we will use the same chain.
  
  This setup can be ready within 5 working days.

• Would we be able to add more team members?

  We can easily add more team members when needed. If any developer will available in the office then he/she can start from next day.
  
  In the case of a new hiring process, it may take 5 - 15 working days.
  
  In the case of the member cut-out process, we will respect the notice period. (Before 3 months, notice had to be given before 15 days, after 3 months, notice has to be given before one month)
